Delete your account and data
You can delete your RDBK.app account from the website, iOS app or Android app. These instructions also apply to accounts created with a sign-in provider. You do not need to sign in to read this page.
Delete your account yourself
- Open Profile → Security and sign in to the RDBK account you want to delete.
- Find Delete account. Enter your RDBK password if requested. If your account only uses a sign-in provider and has no RDBK password, no password is required.
- Select Delete account and confirm the account shown in the warning. You will be offered a ZIP download of your data before deletion; choose whether to keep a copy.
- After successful deletion, you are signed out and returned to the home page. Deleting the account is permanent.
Cannot sign in, or need help?
Email rdbk.admin@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account. Include your RDBK username and say that you want your account and associated data deleted. If you no longer have access to that email address, explain this in your request so we can verify ownership. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
What is deleted, and when?
- Immediately when the account is deleted: your account and profile data, saved sign-in provider identifiers, comments and run reports are removed, together with your account’s activity log and sign-in sessions.
- After 30 days: your roadbooks, photos and voice notes are permanently deleted. During those 30 days they are held in the trash under a generic “deleted user” profile, with your former username added to their titles. Contact support within that window if you deleted them by mistake.
- Files you downloaded or exported to your own devices are not removed by account deletion. Delete those local copies yourself if you no longer want them.
Signing out, uninstalling the app or removing access in a sign-in provider does not delete your RDBK account. Use the steps above or contact support to request deletion.
